Believe it or not, I went through 16 weeks of boot camp with a young jew that could have been the poster boy for the hand-rubbing merchant meme in every way. He was greedy, he was selfish, he was from Brooklyn, he had to shave 3 times a day at the age of 18, and he rubbed his hands together all the time just like the happy merchant meme.
