15 years. Loyal to the end. The drunk driver that killed her suffered an uncomfortable suicide where he cut off his own testicles and shot himself in the face with a shotgun, allegedly for his guilt.

I now have 3 Shepherds, named Double, Aught, & Buck.

RIP Ashley. You were all a guy could ever hope to share a life with, and will never be replaced.
