I think he's being sarcastic and preemptively making a post saying he hates the new change and can't use it in the expectation that someone actually will make this kind of post in seriousness stating the same thing despite it being functionally identical to before the profile layout change.
If someone actually does have trouble with the slight layout change on the profile page and can't figure out how to view their own posts and comments: 1) Go to your profile, same as before. 2) Click on the blue Posts number of how many posts you've made to view your posts, same as before. 3) Or click on the blue Comments number of how many comments you've made to view your comments, same as before.
