Actually, I have a lot more questions baked into the original.

If you have options to buy general admission (standing) or a seat, why would you buy a seat and stand the whole time blocking everyone's view who is seated behind you?

Why is it that more often than not it's a double-wide ham-planet that feels the need to express their love for the act on stage at the expense of all those behind being treated to an eclipse rather than the show? (Actually, I think I know the answer to this one, they can't fit in the seat.)

At what IQ level do you not realize the entire section around you, we're talking over a dozen rows and three dozen seats per row, is not joining you in creating a lard wall?

I get it... you're enjoying the show; do you get that you're preventing other people from doing the same? Maybe the folks in the three or more rows behind you don't want to join your drink sloshing antics in able to see the stage over the top of you.

No. 1 hit? Have at it. Last song and encores? Of course, who isn't? Otherwise, if you bought a seat, use it.

10 feet off the ground, watching my own body, as the paramedics attempt to resuscitate me after ODing on MDMA cut with Chinese Fentanyl.

Stand. Seats are for geriatric boomers and the morbidly obese.

I prefer to sit, haven't been to one in awhile as I've grown fond of what little hearing I have left right now.

I stand at concerts, I like to dance and move to the music.

I also prefer to get a seat on the first level off the ground. Far enough away that I can actually hear the show and get a good view of the whole stage.

Yes I stand, likely in front of people. However, I'm somewhat smaller

6th 4 here; I try to get seats in the back so I'm not blocking anybody's view. Thank you for your patience short friend.

Some shows you can't get general admission cuz it sold out. Those shows you get seats and jump onto the floor and fight your way to the front of the stage.

I got to concerts ALOT. Im older now so I will get seats. However

EVERYONE IN THE SEATS STANDS FOR THE SHOW.

WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU SITTING FOR A BAND YOU PAID TO SEE?

Sit at home and watch a youtube video of it if your that lazy.

I do also go to alot of small shows with no seats. However then im right infront of the stage.

Then again I go to metal shows with mosh pits and crowd surfers.

Gonna be a tool here... Depends on the show. Always standing when the band takes the stage, in case something isn’t working on stage, or with the PA. For stacks n racks gigs, I stand near the band’s mixer guy for a couple songs to make sure he’s happy, then I sit down and read a book for the rest of the show. For actual mixing work, sit and chill for mixing for the crowd, stand ready to go for stage/ monitor mixing til it’s certain everything is good. When it’s good it’s great, when it’s bad it’s a true pain in the ass, as for any job.

Sit. People who stand when there is no real reason are retards

I prefer not to attend.

I prefer not to go. I'd rather listen to the music in my own picked setting. Not surrounded by a bunch of stinky fucks and a shit sounding singer.

Went to a few concerts this weekend. Just got back. I'm thinking 30 years of going to shows and I'm finally too old. Paid 350 a pop for 2nd row center.

But the thing is the people. I just don't like the people anymore. I didn't come to the show to interact with you. I don't want to talk to you during the show, maybe a comment or two at set break.

But yeah I'm just tired of the people.

But to answer your question, everyone stands up when the music starts. Even me with my bum hip that needs replaced. I stand the fuck up like a normal person even though it fucking hurts.
