Debates in classrooms are not open. Your professor holds your grades hostage, even when they claim they don't. Then they control the discussion and shut it down when it doesn't go thier way. I have political discussions with whomever is willing. If you aren't that's on you. If your friends group doesn't what garbage do you waste your time discussing?
