I noticed that my right knee has a very sensitive nerve going through it, but not on the left side. It's not painful, but it's extremely sensitive to touch, to the point that a small blanket could be sitting on my knee and it feels uncomfortable. I remember when my brother and I were kids, we used to do these workouts with my mom, but she didn't really know what she was doing, so she would stress load us a lot when doing leg exercises. She would make us lift these super heavy couches and stuff with virtually no protection of any kind, and some of these items were easily hundreds of pounds or more. Eventually my right knee started buckling under the stress, and it's been broken since I can ever remember.

I think I've got one in my leg. It has been just going away on its own. This is just recent. Weirdest shit... the top of the skin went completely numb but just under the skin "burned" like hell any time I moved or touched it. Shit would wake me up at night from rolling over on it. However, absolutely no outwardly visible sign of anything being wrong in the area. Was getting bad enough it was starting to make me limp a little bit, so I made a doc appointment. Of course, the next appointment was a month away. By the time it was time to go to that appointment, the problem mostly sorted itself out, so I cancelled. Hasn't gone away completely... but at least it isn't alarmingly painful anymore. Most of the feeling in the skin came back too. Best I could tell from my greatest internet research efforts... it was a pinched nerve. And it has gone away on its own, for the most part. Still a hardly noticeable feeling in that spot, not actually painful anymore, I think will be completely gone soon.
