It is absolutely true in a sense no matter how you look at it. Our conciseness is electrical signals in a brain. You don't actually see anything. What you perceive or "see" is your brain interpreting electrical signals from light particles hitting your eyeballs being sent to your brain (you). Really think about what I am saying as you look around. Its a trip.
