Depends on the usage. For example many places block signup except for emails from major places like google or yahoo. I'd just do protonmail, otherwise they'll want ur phone number prob.

same, but im finding an increasing number of places are adding protonmail and others like it to the MX blacklist, or just not adding them to the whitelist at all.

I thought about that but it's like a whackamole game, using them for other signups only works so long till the site blocks their use. It's so hit and miss.

What do you mean by "fake?". If you want an email address that works, that's not fake, it's real..

I use temp mail myself. The email address lasts for a day and then terminates.

Get a burner cell phone. Use it to sign up for a Gmail address on public WiFi in a crowded area

A quick search for temp email gives you several results.

Depending on what your purpose is, some companies have started getting wise and started blacklisting the use of temo emails.
