Bruh, I'm just missing the days it was socially unacceptable to go to the grocery store in her pajamas.
That requires women care about their femininity and they are competing for the love of a man.
A women can lay down without a hairdo.
Women these days don't even know how to dress themselves. Don't expect too much from them.
Depends on hair length. Mine is so long I have to be careful not to sit on it, so basically everything involving my hair takes a moderate amount of time. That being said, I don't do updos or anything complicated because when I'm not at my job I'm working around the house, and all tasks tend to be labor intensive.
My way of fixing my hair, is to put on a hat
If you ever paid attention when living with a woman then you would know the answer. Did you ever have a Mother, sister, girlfriend, wife, or hell just a female roommate?
Answer is yes. Doing up thier hair takes forever, and even a simple braid can be somewhat involved.
Not saying they shouldn't of course. To me that's the point even. Everyone should put in an effort, not just to avoid being an eyesore but to demonstrate they give a shit.
Yes, its a lot of work. https://za.pinterest.com/pin/523895369128357521/
Define "do up" and define "presentably".
Depending on the style and the hair, yes, it may take a very long time. My hair is curly, and this means it is extremely likely to frizz out everywhere. I can either take actual hours to carefully style it so the curls won't turn into an insane ball of frizz, or I can take at least an hour to straighten it (which is damaging to the hair). Or I can do what I usually do, and just take 5 minutes to put it in a quick braid of some sort so it's out of my face and contained.
I'm pretty sure women put in way more effort on their appearance than men do?
For instance, some men really need to discover soap...
To properly wash, condition, dry and set a bunch of hair does take a good amount of time. Any man with a wife and/or teenage daughter knows this, and is always waiting for them.
