I've been assuming it's a manifestation of AIDS. Pox and sores are a common effect of AIDS. The injections suppress the immune system but also change how it works. Imoho, they are simply masking AIDS and/or a combination of VAIDS. Which is why those already infected with AIDS (homosexuals) are now the primary "monkey pox" infected.

It causes flu-like symptoms such as fever and chills, and a rash that can take weeks to clear. There’s no proven treatment for monkeypox, but it usually goes away on its own.
