Testosterone replacement therapy. Basically you can sign up with a TRT clinic and they will ship you test to administer at home. Test levels drop down a lot in men around age 40. Makes it harder to gain muscle, lose weight, sleep well etc. TRT will get you back to levels of a 25 year old.
Only have VA medical and they refuse unless life threatening to do any male hormone therapy. Sure it's totally sexist since a woman can get hormone therapy at will but men are like usual told to fuck themselves.
I also sometime fast during work days making my isuline hormone levels drop thus making my body shoot into an overdrive producing testosterone naturally. Also melatonin and tumeric raise those levels and bright sunshine produced vitamin D on the skin.
I'll just keep as natural as I can for my body to balance since any drugs entering the body to do this the body responds by creating less itself.
