You will always owe taxes on it.
It should read States Without Property Taxes Yet. When they decide it's time, you'll owe until you sell or they take it.
After looking, I guess there are no states without a property tax anymore... they've all fallen to the tax Jew.
So that means you cannot live anywhere in the US without the possibility of being driven off your land by people with guns for not paying the tax.
Need water source and a fuel source.
Look for a stream plus a shelter belt else forget it.
And also. If it piles snow you have a better chance of not being raided by shitters
Have you found any land like that? I would think it would be really hard to find land for 5k in the middle of nowhere since you'd most likely have to buy a lot of land since it wouldn't be divided up into small parcels.
I don't know how much stuff you're planning to put out there but maybe you'd be better off just finding land that doesn't look like anybodies been there in a long time and putting your stuff there.
