Have you found any land like that? I would think it would be really hard to find land for 5k in the middle of nowhere since you'd most likely have to buy a lot of land since it wouldn't be divided up into small parcels. I don't know how much stuff you're planning to put out there but maybe you'd be better off just finding land that doesn't look like anybodies been there in a long time and putting your stuff there.
