Contact Woods & Waters in Missouri, the guy there, Neil Shelton, sells rural land and knows more about it than anyone.

Fuck that faggot. His properties are always loaded with CCRs and shit. You're better off trawling landwatch or trying to get luck with a tax lien/deed/auction.

If you say so, but that may not matter to some, it wouldn't have me to when I was trying to homestead.

Also, his info and writings are invaluable.

He's not really a real faggot I hope? Been a while, we went to see some of his stuff once, he's kind of eccentric.

Oh cool, thanks. I want to drop 5K on some cheap land way out in the middle of nowhere and stock it up as a bug out location. I just don't want to pay taxes on the land.

You will always owe taxes on it.

It should read States Without Property Taxes Yet. When they decide it's time, you'll owe until you sell or they take it.

After looking, I guess there are no states without a property tax anymore... they've all fallen to the tax Jew.

So that means you cannot live anywhere in the US without the possibility of being driven off your land by people with guns for not paying the tax.

Need water source and a fuel source.

Look for a stream plus a shelter belt else forget it.

And also. If it piles snow you have a better chance of not being raided by shitters

Have you found any land like that? I would think it would be really hard to find land for 5k in the middle of nowhere since you'd most likely have to buy a lot of land since it wouldn't be divided up into small parcels.

I don't know how much stuff you're planning to put out there but maybe you'd be better off just finding land that doesn't look like anybodies been there in a long time and putting your stuff there.

Typically property taxes unless you're a state with homestead exemptions.

property taxes (varies widely across the country)

in the future if its anything like california you will have to pay the government for the honor of extracting ground water. mind you they will do absolutely fucking nothing and they will need to know every drop you take out, but that is progress

I have a one-acre parcel (I won't disclose the location here but it's out in the desert next to an alfalfa ranch, and there is a tiny town nearby). It was cheap land, it even has an old mobile home on it, and a well which unfortunately has gone dry... It's in a county with no planning/zoning department and no building inspector (if you can believe that) . All I have to do is pay a few hundred dollars in property tax each year.

I'd like to find something like that for 5k or under.

I paid a little more than that but it came with the old mobile home, septic system, electric service already installed. No water though, --I got a bid for 40K to redrill the well, which I can't afford right now.

I keep looking for one square mile of land. I had a chance to pick one up surrounded by BLM in the past with a 5 mile access road, but chickened out due to the access road length and clearing it in winter.

Taxes on cheap land are low, depending on state.

Someone posted instructions on how to not have to pay taxes on land, I think I saved it somewhere. but it's only really worth it on something over almost million since the lawyer costs ends up break even with the taxes around there. If I knew a good white lawyer I'd rather give him the money, than the gov. But I don't have the money for a million dollar home.

Some states might have no property tax for veterans.

Property tax, water source, electricity, sewage hookup, permanent foundation with building permits, etc. They can bulldoze your property unless you are fully in the system.

No, I mean land out in the middle of nowhere. Far away from any development.

Every piece of land is part of a county, and every county has some asshole on a power trip, land developer with the local authorities in his pocket, or asshole local who thinks the land is his whether he owns it or not.

I know someone who was living in an RV on a poured slab while he built his house. You couldn't see anything from any of the property lines. Someone came onto his property and took pictures. They said he couldn't live in the RV, had to tear up the slab, couldn't build the house they way he was doing it, and also they fined him for a shipping container he had out there for construction waste. They ended up foreclosing on his property when he couldn't pay the fines.

I know another guy who bought 3 or 4 little houses and buildings in a small town for around $5000 apiece. A Jew organization started gang stalking him, driving through his property, and vandalizing his buildings and car. Eventually they had him arrested on a weapons charge. While he was in jail they told him he needed to put in A/C, central heat and sewage lines in all of his buildings. Even though none of the old houses in town had that. He actually brought in a contractor to try to do it, but when he missed the deadline they condemned his buildings and bulldozed them all overnight.
