Take some B6. There was just a study showing that it lowered depression symptoms. Don't take to much though or you'll poison yourself.

The Mio + vitamins has b3, b6, and b12. It's a great way to test if you're deficient in those vitamins. I tried it, it gave me a major energy boost, and I've been using liquid vitamins ever since.
