U.s. government has indoctrination programs they run through social media (twitter, facebook, tiktok, discord, instagram, youtube, etc). The most effective of these is the 'gender transition' program.

The last program exists specifically as a form of punishment. Everyone worth keeping on a short leash in society, who has a family, also has an assigned handler. Handlers jobs are to keep track of the family members of celebrities, politicians, journalists, activists, the works. Like the disinformation or 'change agent' ops, each employee keeps track of 10-15 people. The most common method for this is running interest groups and chat rooms, or 'friends' circles. Sometimes there will be overlap of two or more handlers in a room. 'Team work makes the dream work' is a phrase that is both accurate and horrifying here.

These groups groom children to be open to LGBTQ shit.

If anyone on the list gets out of line the state's employee's assigned to that persons family, begin a pressure campaign, and ramp up indoctrination.

A campaign is successful if it leads to 1. forcing a target's family member(s) to transition, 2. alienation (also a favorite tactic of the east germans, that and moving people's furniture when they weren't home, or releasing snakes in their home, to make them think they're going insane), 3. suicide.

All you need to determine if this is a real program, is imagine if you were a completely amoral psychopath and had the means to implement any social program without limit.

The modern incarnation of it is sufficiently dysfunctional to prevent the removal of criminals at any level but the lowest bread-and-circuses level, and therefore incentivizes the recruitment, and long-term establishment of careerist criminal elements at all levels.
