Bread, pasta, whatever carb item, my body gets very sick after a few hours and sometimes even a few days from eating this stuff. Why is that?

Congratulations, you've been poisoned.

It was eye opener earlier in the year when I found out "organic" farmers use Roundup to dry out their crop and that doesn't count against them.

Carbs are stupid and you shouldn't eat them.

Also you are celiac.

I'm not going to live the rest of my life without an occasional pizza.

[–] 3 pts (edited )

Once every two months for 5 days. ThAts when you eat carbs. If you can't do that then live in misery LIKE A WEAK ASS SLUG PERSON

But if you have celiac and you're saying you won't live without carbs then go die of stomach pain because that's fucking beta cuck retardation

[–] 1 pt

I don't know, purposely causing yourself serious suffering and maybe even death just because you refuse to accept a medical diagnosis has to be at least SOMEWHAT alpha, even if it is still retarded. Beta would be doing what you're told rather than what you wanted to, right?

I agree with you and all, just splitting hairs on the alpha/beta part. Alpha doesn't imply you make good choices or smart ones, just that you aggressively assert your choices.

I've got a gluten thing myself, and the gluten free breads are honestly just as good, and so many people are buying it now they are actually affordable, gluten free pizza, loaf bred, flat breads it's all just as good as the normal stuff. that said cross contamination issues means nobody who needs gluten free will ever buy a pizza from a typical pizza joint.

cauliflower crust pizza if you must.

Agreed, we should all enjoy what we want in moderation.

Intolerance to gluten. I have the same thing. I'm also lactose intolerant. I didn't have it when I was younger. Potatoes and rice are without gluten. Avoid bread, pizza, hamburger, Pasta, pita bread, pastry etc etc . You should be good if you avoid those products. Another tip I can give you is clay. I started drinking powder clay for human consumption mixed with water. About two spoon in your daily water. Your skin will be perfect, better stools, good hair, no more burning stomach etc etc. It costs nothing and it's excellent for your health. I drink it for two weeks then stop for a month and then again for two weeks etc etc. A lot of mammals lick clay in the wild.

acidophilus and ginger

The clay is also good for minerals and intestinal parasites.

[–] 2 pts

Thanks for the acidophilus. Didn't know it. I knew for ginger but I really don't like the taste

Candied ginger.

What is giNger an anagram for?

[–] 5 pts

The difference is that one works.

What do you call a red-haired Arab?

A sand ginger!

[–] 4 pts

no clue. maybe its a gluten allergy.

did you try white rice?

[–] 1 pt

If the rice is making problems too could be complications associated to the beetus.

Im not fat though, im super lean and have 14% body fat. So diabetes seems ... unlikely

[–] 0 pt

I don't know everything about the beetus but most of em I've known have been normal sized.

This. Get tested for celiac disease.

Check the channel of Dr. Ekberg (he's Swedish, not Jewish). The wheat of today is shit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdtTFbqaW9U

An excellent source. I love how he substantiates his claims and remains consistent. He also goes against the grain literally and figuratively.

Have any issues with fruit?

[–] [deleted] 3 pts

Certain ones make me incredibly sick, usually the ones like apples which are high in sugar

[–] 2 pts

Pick up a blood sugar tester and look into managing diabeetus, carbs break down into sugars.

[–] 0 pt

Most apples in grocery stores are full of pesticides. Find a local orchard and see if you can pick your own. Don't eat the skin.

You were led to believe by public schooling that gluten-filled foods are to be your main source of caloric intake. Enough gluten turns anyone into a celiac, and ultimately type 2 diabetes with IBS. Eat meats and greens exclusively, you can survive indefinitely on steak and spinach (don’t actually do that, but you get the gist).

Cut all sugar out completely, some moderate fructose intake from fruits is okay, replace sodium with potassium (salt substitute) to reduce inflammation, and cut your inactivity to just 23 and a half hours a day.

Leafy greens are a requirement for good health. As are Cruciferous veggies.

Two fists leafy greens for every one of red meat.

Three-day old broccoli is proven to cure cancer, was patented by John Hopkins (which lost in SCOTUS), and was memory-holed by pharma.

[–] 1 pt

How do you know if broccoli is 3 days old

[–] 0 pt

Any source on this? Normie-friendly would be ideal, but based would also be good so I could replicate their protocol.

Cause your body needs vitamin C to digest carbs.

Get checked for gluten sensitivity. There's a real disease called celiac disease that can wreak havoc on the GI tract leading to autoimmune hepatitis and all sorts of problems.
