Floridafag here. GEICO is the cheapest if you are going for minimal coverage due to all the bases here.
Reiterating what @Normal said. Most drivers in the peninsula are more interested in looking good than driving well and the panhandle is a good simulation of NASCAR.

I live on the coastal Panhandle...thankfully, most peeps drive pretty fast. I pass everyone.
Texas drivers are the worst, esp. if in a Jeep. Niggers are ALWAYS going way too slow in the fast lane.

I'll check them out. I get maximal coverage though for uninsured and 3rd party liability.
