I get up, pop a couple sleep gummies, watch a video on something boring until they start to kick in, immediately go back to bed. It's real easy to get interested in something and push through the window to go to sleep so you have to jump on it as soon as you feel it start to kick in.
Drink more. Clearly it wasn't enough yet.
Lol, drinking is usually what messes up my sleep.

My first thought reading this post title. I went to bed at 12 and it's 4:26. Internet, entertaining the insomniacs for 20 years plus.

I take magnesium or if stressed L-theanine + magnesium.
If it doesn't work I just stare at the ceiling and think about stuff until alarm sounds.
