It was designed to cause an increase in blood clotting which is a very complicated biological process that is affected by age, genetics, diet, medical conditions and many drugs. That means that the jab won't create a sudden obvious die-off. It will be a gradual increase in heart attacks and stokes that are already being blamed on all sorts of reasons like stress, climate change, exercise, etc. Remember that it took decades for medicine and the public to accept that inhaling smoke into your lungs causes damage. Now it seems too obvious to miss. The same will happen with Covid shots in 20 years.

I've noticed many young widows this year- so many with young (under 10 yrs old) children.
Not all dosages are the same. Different batch numbers have different clusters of side effects. They don't want everyone dying at once but what you will definitely notice are more people trying to have children with limited success, more people becoming seriously ill from what should have been a routine cold, and more people being told by their doctors to avoid strenuous activities. A new normal of decreasing life expectancy and fertility.
