Mix bag really. I know a family where it's IPad's and Iphones 24/7. Oldest Kid is a bit if a handful..7 or so. Another family seems to be doing really well with their 3 year old kid. Never seen one so well behaved. Lots of communication with the kid. Please and thank you a, clear no and yes with reasons why not to behave that way. Not much punishment needed yet. Just a cute child. The rest of friends I've seen parwnting are mostly toddlers so...mostly just diaper changing.
