Vietnam war ended conveniently just before the Yom Kippur war in Israel so it didn't interrupt the money flow to the defense industries.

That's a great question and I've thought about it many times. I think I would say yes and no.

It seemed counterproductive to be engineering a social hippie 'no morals' movement that then went on to profusely resist the war.

I think it's rare though that the 'controllers' don't eventually get what they want, at least mostly.

They've been thinning the White herd down of strong White men via wars and the selection process for 100 years plus. I think it ended exactly when they wanted it too. 9/11 and the ensuing War on Terror was roughly a generation after Vietnam ended.
