I use pre workout (with creatine), gorilla mind, and just protein powder. Whey in the day and casein before bed.
The pump is nice. Definitely a great byproduct of getting that stress out. I'll work on cardio soon so I can start doing races.

Go on Amazon and buy "Bulk Supplements" brand: Agmatine sulfate, Creatine, Glycerol Monostearate and L-Citrulline. This is a killer homemade pump formula that you can make yourself. It will be better than any pre-made because you will be able to mix a real effective dosage. Also you will save several hundred dollars a year, its much cheaper to do it this way. Buy a cheap digital scale and mix some up 1 hour before you lift. This is what I do. I looked at what you buy and it has a good ingredient list but low dosages.
...also you can buy caffein pills and take them to make a stimulant pump formula. Try Muscle Tech caffeine pills, I swear they spike them with cocaine or something! I take 1/2 pill and I get really clean long lasting energy. Its the only caffeine pill I have ever used that works for me.
