I have some new wire for sale on CL and FB. Spics keep emailing me, offering 100 or even 50. I delete and block, but new ones keep pestering me. I would rather throw it away than give Pedro a killer deal. Wire is going UP in price every week. Fuckin turd-world bean-niggers really chafe my buns. Perhaps you have had a similar experience?

At least bring it to a recycling center so you can get a few bucks and it’s not going in a landfill

You don't really think I'm gonna throw 200 bux worth of wire away? But I feel like it.

[–] 5 pts

$200 worth of wire for $100 is about right. WHo ever buys it has to strip it, and recycle it.

[–] 5 pts

He said it's new wire. OTOH he's not Home Depot and won't accept returns/exchanges, give a volume discount, or accept a credit card. Plus the customer has to go through extra bullshit to get it like texting and meeting OP at McDonald's. And if it's going for full price, all else equal, a Home Depot receipt over a panopticon bank account is less worry for tax deduction than a screen shot of some text messages.

The IDEA is that it will be used for its intended purpose. A 50 foot roll costs $288. My 53' roll is $200. It is a very fair deal.

Recyclables go in the landfill too.

[–] 3 pts

Well not ACTUAL recyclables, like copper and other metals. What you're talking about is the scam that any plastic products can be recycled. The issue isn't recycling being bad or dumb, it's just a jewish scam to get people to accept plastic and see it as something other than poison.

[–] 1 pt

Recyclables go in the landfill too.

Pay $1.89 per pound for clean copper and then toss it in the landfill? Maybe cardboard or plastic make it to the landfill, but a metal recycling company paying money for steel/copper/aluminum isn’t going to toss that shit in the trash…

[–] 3 pts

Yeah he is definitely confusing metal recycling with the lie that most plastic is recyclable. It's a common tactic used to muddy the waters. Everyone should both support recycling, and realize plastic is toxic garbage that can't be genuinely recycled in any meaningful sense.

I’m talking about a place that buys scrap metal

It's not like $200 worth of wire takes up that much space and there's always another project that needs it. It's only going to get more expensive.

[–] 0 pt

Bingo. I get cheap wire I find at thrift stores. Running low-voltage wiring, power for security cameras, etc. Will have some use in the future.

[–] 0 pt

I may not ever need it. Besides, the client pays for it anyway. This is left over from the roll he bought. It was factored into my bid.

A future side job maybe? All profit that way.

This was my thought too. I have ~25' 12-2 MC and~40' of 12-2 Romex sitting on a shelf in my garage waiting for an opportunity to get used.

I was floored the last time I saw wire prices at fleet farm a few months ago.

You're new to selling stuff online?

“I’m fixin’...”

From the South, huh?

I miss that....”I’m fixin’ to get ready to go cat-walk my sickle!”

[–] 0 pt

if they agree to the price i advertise, and try to undercut me when they show up to the sale, i refuse payment and throw the shit in the trash. feels a lot better that way.

[–] 0 pt

I am not. But ranting about spics makes me happy.

[–] 4 pts

Pedro will strip that shit and head to the dump to cash it in.

[–] 3 pts

Any beaners going thru garbage cans in my White area would be quickly ventilated by dozens of men and women. We don't play that shit around here.

[–] 1 pt

they generally burn the insulation off like lazy niggers.

Ill give you 10

A few years ago I saw an ad asking for ammo near me. It was during the first crunch when you couldn't touch ammo even if you had the money but I did, didn't need it and he was close enough by that we could meet and exchange.

The year before I had bought, a few rounds, here and there, so I had a case of hollow points I didn't need. I emailed him a pic of the ammo and quantity was basically going to sell it for $17 a box if he took the whole case. << this was a steal by any account.

That pos of emailed me back for a lower price claiming he didn't know how it was stored. I sent him a short, snappy reply and he spent the next two weeks basically begging me to change my mind. Nope. Blocked his emails.

  • LOL! Feb 1, 2016. I'm rereading the email now and it's even funnier. These HP's are basically $1 a round now. I should email him back and make fun of how stupid he was.

Electrical wire, eh? Like, romex or something?

[–] 1 pt

8/3 with ground, stranded, for stoves etc

[–] 0 pt

Dang, had I not gone out and purchased some from a bigbox already, I would have asked what you wanted for it. Remodeling the garage to add HAM radio shack and my home office.

[–] 1 pt

Do you now any Amateur Radio Operators (Ham Radio)? They make wire antennas out of old electrical wire.

[–] 1 pt

Should have bought chain instead.

[–] 1 pt

Do you have somewhere you can bring it for fair value after burning off the plastic?

[–] 0 pt

no

[–] 0 pt

That’s a bummer if your options are limited, it’s worth what you can get for it. It’s be nice if a white man got a good deal instead of an illegal.

What I do when I get somewhat lowballed but really want to get rid of something is tell them “I can sell it that cheap if you thrown in some canned goods I can give to my elderly neighbor who’s on a fixed income.

I usually get a bunch of good shit like vegetables, broth, etc. things I would normally buy anyway. (There is no elderly neighbor).

[–] 1 pt

The price is 200 dollars. No negotiating. Or, gimme your wife for the weekend.

[–] 1 pt

If you dont need the money you dont need it. Is it new? used? wtf I could throw 200 bucks worth of new wire in the bathroom cabinet and never see it again.
