Metal fence post, post driver, 100 yds of 6lb monofilament, optionally some small bells.
Build a perimeter around the stuff they need to stay out of. Make sure to include a deer-sized buffer between outside circ of perimeter and things inside perimeter so the theiving assholes won't just stick their heads through.
Once or twice a season one of the bolder (or dumber) ones will probably tear down a level or two of monofilament. No big deal...that crap is like $6-8 a roll and you just replace the layer they f-ed up.
BONUS: You can use most of that equipment to ring your property with tripwires for the Feds when it comes to that. ;p
