I brought this up when I was Buffalo fart the third or fourth or one of those. my folks live in a really quiet upper middle class neighborhood and a couple of low-life degenerate Dominicans moved into a house on an opposite street (some spic was able to get in to the house due to low interest rates when the old neighbor just up and moved because he didn't like living on a major town road. He rented to a bunch of other spics without vetting properly.). And they're loud and they're shitty and they ride motorcycles in my parents neighborhood and they're just awful people. I told my father to just get on the horn and call the cops every single time they do something. But the problem is the right to face your accuser will get them to ask who is calling the police and the police will be like well so and so from so and so neighborhood is. and next thing you know those pieces of shit are going to set fire to my fucking family. So in a way being able to face your accuser is good and also bad. Especially when you're accuser is one step below mud.
Often police will approach a scene and observe the behavior themselves. They seldom bring charges or write tickets just because someone called in a complaint. Then the cop who witnessed the behavior is the witness, and since they never lie, it's an automatic guilty.
They try not to identify the source of the complaint and may not be told the source when dispatched.
It's a terrible blight in the greater neighborhood. I can't believe that this actually happened. I mean everyone that lives around these people hates them. they had a gigantic party for some kid like 3 weeks ago and all we heard was spic music and screaming children. the neighbor that lives next to them called the police but he didn't do it till around 10 pm. Only niggers and spics throw late night Sunday parties the day before work. And what sucks is this poor bastard that lives next to this has a beautiful house, manicured lawn, really put a lot of money into his place, and then he got the shit bums with six cars, with a one one car garage. they set up a ghetto looking tent in the backyard. It's completely out of sorts for the area that it's in. I think what will happen next is the neighbor will end up getting a hold of the landlord and demand that he throws them out or he'll sue him or something.
There are also possibly code violations if you don't mind getting the city involved, again they usually don't reveal the source of a complaint, they send someone to investigate an write a citation.
