Twice now I have slept with a fan directly to my face and have had significant results both times.

The one time I was severely ill and could barely sleep because I was up and down, hot sweats, cold chills to the point of teeth chattering, throat on absolute fire burning. I slept one with a fan directly to my face and it was sleeping like a baby.

The other was recently. All my ACs are down and I put a HEPA filter directly to my face. I've now needed 1-2 hours less sleep and my dreams are more vibrant (literally) and for the first time in years I'm remembering my dreams.

Is there a truth to sleeping with more oxygen poal?

sleep apnea which has become a huge scam in the trucking industry, they try to tell every truck driver they have sleep apnea so they can sell you a machine.

it's just wearing a mask connected to a machine that blows air in your face, even people that dont actually have it say it gives them better sleep.

I also sleep with a fan mostly for the back ground noise but yes i do notice a big difference in sleep when i do verse when i dont. I can go camping with no fan and get some great sleep.

there could be something to it.
