Twice now I have slept with a fan directly to my face and have had significant results both times.

The one time I was severely ill and could barely sleep because I was up and down, hot sweats, cold chills to the point of teeth chattering, throat on absolute fire burning. I slept one with a fan directly to my face and it was sleeping like a baby.

The other was recently. All my ACs are down and I put a HEPA filter directly to my face. I've now needed 1-2 hours less sleep and my dreams are more vibrant (literally) and for the first time in years I'm remembering my dreams.

Is there a truth to sleeping with more oxygen poal?

A HEPA filter doesn't give you extra oxygen, it's more likely you've got allergens in your house. Clean up and vacuum the room thoroughly, change your sheets daily, at least for a while. You may also consider putting a filter over the A/C vent, sometimes crap can grow in the ductwork.

A fan will actually tend to stir up dust and allergens, but the white noise it makes can help you sleep.

You might want to spend the money to buy an air quality meter, if you don't have a friend you can borrow one from. You'll want to check for volatile organic compounds and carbon dioxide levels.

White noise is great, can attest to that. Drowns out noise or tinnitus. I've been sleeping with a fan turned away just for the white noise alone for three years now.

Fans are nice unless you live in Korea, then they will kill you. Look up fan death.

Jackson was nuts. That should tell you what you need to know.

Was he nuts when he made a song about Jews and always called them out?

What song did he make about the jews?

i forget which song, but it was pretty blatant. He also started purchasing all the rights to his music as well as the Beatles, keeping them out of jew hands.

He definitely knew what was up, and that’s when all the pedo stuff started “surfacing”

Knowing what you know now about (((them))) calling out in pain as they strike you and accusing others of what they’re guilty of, are you really surprised?

>Beat me, hate me You can never break me Will me, thrill me You can never kill me Jew me, sue me Everybody, do me Kick me, kike me Don't you black or white me>>

The song was called something along the lines of "all I wanna say is that they don't really care about us" and contains the lyrics "jew me sue me" and "kick me kyke me".

"They don't care about us"

He was an interesting kind of crazy, like Howard Hughes crazy. Some things I've read suggest that being forced into the music industry at a young age by his father broke the mind.

Look into nootropics if you like getting on your oxygen highs.

Its a known thing that you have more vivid dreams when you sleep outside or when you can leave the windows open. True for me.

Getting more dreams in not necessarily better. Having a few is fine, but the more deep (non dreaming) sleep the better. Or more accurately, there is an optimal mix of deep and dream sleep, but its certainly heavily towards the deep end. Being refreshed and having energy throughout the day is probably the better measure.

Jackson wanted to be given a medical general anesthetic every night in order to sleep. His doctor, who was paid well, didn't dispute this, even though it's impossible to dream under anesthesia, and therefore repeated use will drive you insane. Not a problem for Jackson -- it killed him first, and anyway, he was already insane.

Before this he tried some kind of cell or chamber. Makes you wonder why he was unable to sleep. Maybe his nightmares terrified him? He was one fucked up little nigger, no doubt about that.

Probably because his daddy, brothers and jewish producers used him like a cocksleeve every night growing up on top of beating him senseless.

I remember seeing him as a child on the ol' television

Little nigger had a gift , very talented.

A shame what became of him . I really despise niggers , but always felt bad for this one. Empathy is a White person's kryptonite

A fan does not increase the oxygen level in the room, dingus

You are sleeping cooler which makes a big difference. Finding that sweet spot of proper body heat while sleeping is key. You want warmth but not sweat. I bought some bamboo sheets and a blanket, pretty expensive for sheets and a blanket, and it helped me immensely. Also got a Blue air purifier that filters as well as gives you a basic reading of air quality. Good product.

sleep apnea which has become a huge scam in the trucking industry, they try to tell every truck driver they have sleep apnea so they can sell you a machine.

it's just wearing a mask connected to a machine that blows air in your face, even people that dont actually have it say it gives them better sleep.

I also sleep with a fan mostly for the back ground noise but yes i do notice a big difference in sleep when i do verse when i dont. I can go camping with no fan and get some great sleep.

there could be something to it.

If you like pure air, get a commercial grade air purifier for your bedroom. One that has a HEPA filter and a carbon filter. Most of the contaminants in the air will get through the HEPA, but not the carbon. They're like $1000 and the size of a mini fridge, but they'll make a big difference.
