I did not deflect. I pointed out the flaws in your line of thought as I see it. "Because we do it to animals" in of itself is not a justification for anything. It is a false correlation.
No, you are deflecting. Let's simplify it - do you think women should be forced to have a child with every male that wants to have a child with her (and vice-versa)? We already are doing selective breeding, a male chooses the female he wishes to have children with and does if she chooses to have a child with him. The big leap is eugenics is controlled by someone else.
The West is technically practicing eugenics currently, we call it welfare.
