I did not deflect. I pointed out the flaws in your line of thought as I see it. "Because we do it to animals" in of itself is not a justification for anything. It is a false correlation.

No, you are deflecting. Let's simplify it - do you think women should be forced to have a child with every male that wants to have a child with her (and vice-versa)? We already are doing selective breeding, a male chooses the female he wishes to have children with and does if she chooses to have a child with him. The big leap is eugenics is controlled by someone else.

The West is technically practicing eugenics currently, we call it welfare.

Eugenics I'd wrong because it is more likely that a eugenics program will most likely cement class divisions into castes as the wealthy would have more access to eugenic technology.
