I had a friend tell me he thinks everything that has happened in the last 10 years is the result of a worldwide AI that is enacting a plan to save humanity by crashing the global order and killing leftists and authoritarian’s.

It’s a ridiculous idea. But would make one hell of a story.

Basically said the entire last ten years had actually unfolded just like a chess match, one move at a time.

Is your friend schizophrenic by chance? Generally shows up in early twenties in white people. They tend to speak and write at length, and often is unintelligible. You can hear/read the words, but the sentences don't make sense.
