You are right about the voting. Women should not be in politics nor leaders in church.

It's not all about being in love or being friends. There is something, more common in the past and among the wealthy, about filling the position of wife. It's like an employment opportunity.

If you have a good woman, she’ll double your vote (whether voting actually matters at this point is debatable). As long as woman are legally allowed to vote, you preventing yours from voting is just neutering your chances because the other banshees are voting in droves.

Never heard of that but ran through scenarios in my head and it mostly checks out.

Beware to the 18-20 year olds though as that is the only scenario with statutory rape.

Younger women are more malleable to a husband's wishes. Most of all if she didn't have a father unless he died growing up that she is close to...that's a pass. My spouse is 6 years older than I am. That was my minimal age gap, six or more. If my spouse were to die who knows? Living alone at my age would be a challenge.

That's the normal behavior for women. Don't expect them to stick around if you lose your job or become depressed. They'll abandon you when you need them most. This is why men act tough. Because when they show weakness, their women lose all respect for them and leave. Expect it and have a plan.

The grass isn't greener unless you are living in hellish conditions. We need men to teach other men how to talk to their wives. Beware the full moon.
