Because in their sheer numbers they behave like ones. General apathy, lack of empathy, a lack of respect and value for anyone's life.

I think its more their attitude and the way they treat other humans. Ever see videos of accidents /injuries from china? People dont help eachother and are contantly looking out for an advantage for their own position. Look at the way they queue at a service desk for example, they have no regard for order and cut in front of eachother demanding service. Same with trains. It feels inhuman at times but im sure its a product of their culture.
