So I'm trying to understand how a state like NJ can even write these laws and not have their heads explode. According to these fucks, if i buy a gun with a standard magazine of 25 rounds, i purchased a "high" capacity magazine, even though the gun magazine comes standard with the gun. It's so bad, they have special smiths that can intentionally plug the magazine and neuter them. So really, a "standard" capacity magazine is just a crippled magazine, and the high capacity magazine is the stnadard magazine. But under their bullshit laws, the actual standard magazine is a high one, and that means the normal non high cap mag, is some kind of neutered variant. This is very confusing, because it also seems absolutely no one in this commie state knows the difference.

Whoever said there was any logic to it? It's iust another stepping stone to disarming the populace. They want to increase the cost of gun ownership, to make it as inconvenient as possible, and to punish inadvertent noncompliance with their nonsensical rules with years in prison.

I figured as much. Coming from a very very gun friendly state, possibly one of the most next to Wyoming, its just shocking. I was trying to plink some rounds at the range, and ended up leaving because all the guns I own would be considered a felony in this commie dumpster

It narcissistic logic.

Narcissists have a couple (among others) of very strong urges. The first urge is the belief that they are more intelligent than you, so the ideas of questioning their beliefs is foreign to them. This is what cause them to instantly dismiss any disagreement absent logic. The second urge Is their internal need to control every situation, but as narcissists they refuse to control themselves so their natural drive is to instead attempt to control everyone that they disagree with.

I think their stupid hollow point laws are worse. Shoot thru multiple people instead of really hurting your intended target makes sense to them somehow too.

It is a fence meant to get you to surrender your sovereignty. Once you submit, they make the fence smaller and smaller. Their effort is not to deny your right to own weapons, Their effort is to deny your right to bears arms by taking away your ammunition. SCOTUS has affirmed your 2nd by striking down capacity limits.
