What do you think about people who buy 1-2 acres somewhat rural and proceed to fill up that property with junk cars, junk appliances, bits and pieces of shit?

I have met a couple people exactly like this. They're broke, dying, and losing their house but won't let me shove cash money into their hand for some stuff they can't even use anymore
