I rarely sleep much these days. I'm up early in the morning. However, I'm also up at night. I don't sleep well.

Raw milk is nice. Natural easy absorbable fat/protein mix with precursors for hormones.

I did this challenge where I drank 12 raw eggs (minimum) a day, for a week. Hot damn I felt amazing on day 4 and onwards. Slept extremely well.

It's generally regarded as a "hormone precursor diet," although many of them had up to 36 or 48 raw eggs per day

If you don't have the precursors to create neurotransmitters, you'll recover a bit slower and also "use" less since you have less

Interesting. Never heard of this diet. Years ago, I was on antidepressants because of something that happened in my life. I got off of them shortly after because I don't like feeling numb and I knew what was causing it would eventually pass. I remember reading about how this drug worked and why. Some chemical either wasn't being produced in abundance or there was a reuptake issue via the neurotransmitters. It was a long time ago. So, I forget some of what I learned about how the drug worked. Anyway, was just thinking about what you said about precursors to create neurotransmitters.

Drugs are mostly hormone / neurotransmitter "replacements." Very "shotgun" style because they cause an abundance of side effects.

Let your body do it's natural balancing by giving it the proper ingredients, problem solved.

And, as I commented on in another comment about vitamin D, the nordic types have compensated for this via diet. It's only in "modern" days that people have strayed from the diet and rely on the patch of pharmaceuticals.

Good information. Thank you. BTW, tonight, I woke up to sound of a bear throwing my garbage across the road. I have a big mess to clean up at sunrise. So, I'm staying up. ;)
