Recently I learned that if you don't get enough sunlight, your body doesn't make enough melatonin, and that leads to a longer sleep/wake cycle.
Interesting. Well, my home is surrounded by lots of very tall trees in the woods. Lately. I avoid going out much. I like my solitude.
My home is shaded from the sun. Hmm.
Maybe, I need the sunshine to sleep whenever that may be.
I also love my solitude. Divorced. Child grown. And I work from hoke, or anywhere I want to. New home will be ready this month. Moving to isolation. Closer to my dream of no niggers anywhere around my daily life.
But I get out and walk. I love maintaining landscaping. I hit the gym. You can’t be healthy in spirit, mind or body by completely shutting yourself in completely.
Get out, brother.
True. I should get out more often.
I wake up a lot at night. Sometimes, sleep more during the day. Just woke up to a bear tearing into my trash. I can hear it now waking in the woods next to my home. I'm awake now again.
sun is also needed to synthesize vitamin D in the skin
I used to love the sun. I don't go out in it much anymore. I prefer rainy, cloudy skies. I love being awake when it's overcast outside these days.
