Stay away from melatonin, it should be used only as a last resort.

Try magnesium, gylcinate would be best form for sleep.

OK. So can I get magnesium, gylcinate at the drug store? Thanks for the info

If it's a good drug store they should have Magnesium Glycinate, if not they will most likely have Magnesium Citrate, which is also good, but can cause mild laxative effect for some people.
