I rarely sleep much these days. I'm up early in the morning. However, I'm also up at night. I don't sleep well.

So, who are the day people? And, who are the night people?

No, I'm not a stalker. Just curious. Sleepless in California.

I've read 12 chapters of the book. Mostly interesting, somewhat fantastical. I am a natural skeptic but with my prior experiences I am trying to keep an open mind.

Well, the course was mostly guided meditation and practicing healing others. Dream work was also done but at home. I think the meditation was key. It was a course so we weren't reading. We were doing, instead.

I remember telling myself I'd remember my dreams before I fell asleep. Then, I'd put a pen and paper next to my bed, so I could record them even if they were stupid dreams. The second incident that was unusual occurred after I woke at night to record my stupid dream.

I need to do that pen and paper thing. Record as soon as I wake up. They still have these courses all over the place, I even looked for bad reviews and didn't find any with a brief search. I will look deeper into it.

OK. Keep me posted. The courses are probably better because it's hands on work. Amd again, the guided meditation I really liked. I'm wondering if they have prerecorded guided meditation tapes. I'm going to see what I can find as well.
