Should i take a high paying private security job in portland? i'm thinking about applying with a buddy as the money is equal to or more than contracting overseas. looking to rent a house and split bills while larping as a dumb libshit on my off days. (blm shirts, shop at whole foods) don't have details on the specifics yet, but the money is crazy ($75/hr) so could be dangerous, hence the battle buddy principal.

go for it while the getting is good, or is or proper fucked?

they'll tell you not to do anything, don't stop anyone from stealing, just prevent the employees from getting hurt. If you're looking for a vigilante feel, it's not worth it. If it's just for the money, sure run with it for a few months. But remember that you'll possibly have to bail on a dime. The food/diesel/diesel oil shortages are not a joke and WILL happen causing mass food supply shocks.
