Yeah. What helps me is to do shit. wash dishes, do chores, take care of my garden, anything that involves tedious tasks. Sure as about doesn't address the root cause but doing queues the mind.
Agree with you about distracting the mind. I'm usually smiling again after chatting with you guys. May not address the root problem like you suggest. However, sometimes the problem can seem more ominous in our minds than it really is. Then, it passes. And instead of fretting, we're smiling through it. That's why I made the post. I'm forgetting what's causing the anxiety for a little while. Thanks
