I do. Up now and I feel as if I'm having an anxiety attack. I know the world is filled with evil. Unfortunately, some of us are also dealing with personal issues on top of that. These issues seem unbearable at times. Its why I stay away from the news periodically. Anyway, just needed to vent. Hope you all have a great day.

Everyone has their vice, I guess . My ex used to do it occasionally and it calmed him. He has ADHD. They prescribe similar meds for that. Don't be sorry. I'm not one to judge. Just a mana that cares. That's all.
