One of the reasons I Iike critical thinking is that I Iike dissecting fallacy in writing in a mathematical way. It's fun like a puzzle.
I haven't done that in a few years though.
Lately, Ive been writing children's fictional stories that imply something. I'm teaching my daughter writing skills. I get ao carried away though after were done with our lesson, I keep writing.
Sometime, hopefully soon,, when I'm in a more peaceful place, I'll share. I'm in transition now. Keep hoping to get on that jet plane for good.
Great stuff. My next big project is illustrating a children's book for a Nationalist friend. His current book about to be released is being illustrated by Wormwood so I'm excited to be included in his short list of artists wanted for projects.

That sounds like a lot of fun. It's great when you can do what you love. Reminds me of a book I once read,"Do what you love and the money will follow." Good luck on your new adventure. Learning is what I love about my jobs the most, & I would do it even if I didn't get paid (most of the time I don't get paid). It's also about finding ways to be more effective & always wanting to see what's around the next corner, & having the freedom to apply that learning to the work I do has been one of the best parts of working w/ the Nationalist organizations I am a part of.
I lost track if you're speaking in metaphors or not regarding the plane, but either way, I wish the best of everything for you in your journey :)
