Try some form of exercise. This doesn't necessarily weight lifting or the gym or even cardio specifically. But just doing some form of physical activity. Go for 10, 20, 30 minute or longer walk Get sun. Vitamin D is neglected by so many.
Eat Healthy. Sleep Healthy. Be Healthy.
Great advice 8 Cylinders. You always come through. Lol Just chatting is helping. Our minds can overwhelm us at times. Maybe, later, I'll take a walk through the woods to get some exercise and sun.. Id prefer a night walk because it's cooler then, but don't want to get eaten by a bear. I hear the birds chirping outdoors right now though my indoor birds are still sleeping. 🌹
