Someone told me yesterday that he takes kratom for his chronic hip pain and he says it really works. My question is this would it be safe for my ole grumpy father to take it who's on a bunch of different medications. He's got bad arthritis in his hands. He likes to drink but would this get him high which he would not like? I've seen a gas station or two with a kratom sign on the door but is there a more legit place to purchase it?

Some people might get sleepy, I don’t. CBD is the non-intoxicating parts of the hemp plant.. no buzz just pain relief, some people use it as an anti-anxiety, idk I don’t have angst..

It's tricky he's the caregiver for my mom so I don't really think he needs to get fucked up during the day. I wonder if he could take it at night and then go to bed so if he does get banged up a little bit he won't know the difference. I remember him complaining that his hands usually when he wakes up the morning or all clawed out and it takes him awhile to get them unclawd.

Sleepiness happens at high doses, you would recognize that and adjust accordingly. You would want to start smaller and work up to the dosage that worked, to begin with..
