Yes they're real people numpty. Some born into the life. Others not so much. The problem is that many of them live in such a closed environment they forget what it's like to be a normal person. Most of them are beyond help, but try to understand what it's like for the whole world to know who you are and for way too many people to be way too obsessed with you. Some thrive on it. Others are slowly killed or driven insane by it.
