I've been searching for numerous variations of "Michelle Obama pregnant" but can't find a single pic of Big Mike with a belly bump.

I suspect they used Bathhouse Barry's sperm with a donor's eggs then planted the embryos in surrogates. Big Mike stayed low for 9 months each time and surfaced only after the surrogates gave birth.

It's not that absence of Obama pregnant pictures proves that she was never pregnant. It's that presence of such pictures, if real of course, would disprove the hypothesis that she is a man. I personally think it's a funny joke, but she is a woman who is just kind of manly looking, though not especially so for a negress.
