I've been searching for numerous variations of "Michelle Obama pregnant" but can't find a single pic of Big Mike with a belly bump.

Factually inaccurate. There is a direct, inverse, correlation between cognitive and physical expressions in the human animal. Niggers, on average, have bigger dicks than most other sub-sets of the species. There is genuine questions whether the negro is indeed of the same species as the European.
