These options are bullshit. The correct answer is: GOOD. States rights must be respected, and this sets good judicial precedent. States that don't want abortion will be able to be rid of it. States that want to sacrifice 9 month old babies to harvest their organs still can. Women who still want to kill their babies can just go to another state if their state doesn't allow it.
