Grant requests are usually pretty formal. Probably not appropriate to use the colloquial, "(Asking for) a grant for exterminating nigger faggots." I believe the occasion calls for the more formal, "(Requesting) a commission in exchange aiding in dispensing of the negroid bugbear."
